Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller to join our team at our Hamel location.
Position Details:

  • 38-40 hours per week Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays (8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) paid at double time
  • Benefits eligible
  • In-person position
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years banking experience
  • Candidates with strong customer service, office, or cash-handling experience will also be considered

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform traditional teller and customer service functions
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
  • Assist customers with account-related problem resolution
  • Identify referral opportunities for bank products and services
  • Manage teller and vault cash in accordance with bank policies and procedures
  • Process night deposit transactions, mobile deposits, and mail deposits
  • Balance and maintain ATM cash and related records
  • Process domestic and international wire transfers
  • Assist customers with Safe Deposit Boxes
  • Open new accounts and perform account maintenance transactions
  • Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, bank policies, and bank procedures
  • IRA experience and knowledge is a plus
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities within other departments as needed
