NorthStar Concierge Medicine is a locally owned Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice serving Delano and surrounding communities. We provide affordable, membership-based primary care for individuals, families, and small businesses for just $50 per month.
Our model eliminates insurance barriers, copays, and surprise bills, allowing patients direct access to their provider with same- or next-day appointments, longer visits, and convenient communication by phone or text. We focus on prevention, chronic disease management, women’s health, urgent care needs, and personalized care that puts patients first.
