The sales take place throughout the city of Delano and Franklin Township. Individual garage sales are held, as well as sidewalk sales for businesses, and in-store specials. It is a GREAT time to have personal, group, or fundraiser sales!
Area businesses are encouraged to hold sidewalk sales and offer other specials. Restaurants are encouraged to offer meal specials. Each year the Delano Area Chamber of Commerce obtains and outdoor sales permit from the City of Delano to allow businesses to participate at no cost!
The Chamber of Commerce DOES NOT handle any advertising of individual sales. Classified ads of resident garage sales can be placed in the South Crow River News/Delano Eagle and the Delano Herald Journal.
